Most deposits are equal to 1 months rent, $250 additional security deposit per approved  pet.  All leases are a minimum term of 6-months.  Military clause applicable after the initial 6-months of a lease unless otherwise indicated.  Non-refundable $30 application fee per adult. All initial funds including application fee, security deposit & 1st months rent to be certified funds,(cash, cashiers check or money order) no personal checks accepted. All square footages quoted are approximate,, any persons requiring exact square footages are encouraged to independently verify exact sizes prior to signing any lease or rental agreement.  All rents quoted DO NOT include the cost of utilities or 1% Sierra Vista rent tax, where applicable.
